SHIPPING

Before placing an order, please check for production and shipping schedules advertised in the product description.

  • In most cases, our products are made to order by a Liverpool-based company and are not held in stock.
  • In such cases, orders typically ship 7-14 days after they are placed.
  • For 'in stock' items, orders typically ship within 24-48 hours unless otherwise stated.
  • For shipping to UK (via Royal Mail Signed For®) please allow 1-3 business days from shipping date.
  • For shipping to EU (via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed) please allow 4-7 days from shipping date.
  • For shipping to Rest of World (via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed) please allow 7-14 days from shipping date.
  • The Redmen TV is not responsible for any customs duties or fees incurred on international deliveries, nor liable for any lost items while in international transit. At our discretion, we may offer to replace or refund lost items.
  • The Redmen TV is not responsible, nor liable for any orders that are returned to us by your local postal service, due to being 'undeliverable', 'unclaimed' or 'refused' etc. At our discretion, we may offer to refund such orders, either in part or in full. Alternatively, we may offer to resend the package although this may be subject to the customer paying an additional shipping fee.

If you have still not received your order within 1 month of placing it, please make sure you contact us so we can help you trace it before it is automatically returned to us. Typically, it will be held at your local post office / depot for a limited period, until you arrange collection or re-delivery.


EXCHANGES & RETURNS

  • To arrange an exchange or return you must contact us directly within 7 days of delivery.
  • To qualify for an exchange or refund items must be returned to us in a reselling condition (i.e. unwashed, unworn, unaltered, etc.).
  • When requesting an exchange or a refund for an item that you have mistakenly ordered (e.g. clothing is too small or too large) you must return the goods at your own cost.
  • Items marked as Final Sale do not apply for any exchanges or returns.


SECURITY

  • This store uses Paypal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
